(Cincinnati)--35-year old Ricardo Woods is facing 18 years to life in prison after being found guilty of murder in Hamilton County Court on Thursday. Jurors deliberated for two days after seeing a video tape of a bed ridden David Chandler blinking his eyes three times to indicate Woods in the crime.
35-yr old David Chandler was shot on October 28, 2010 in the West End. He died two weeks later, but not before making a video recording in which police asked him to help them identify his attacker with a series of blinks. The defense tried to argue that Chandler's blinks were unreliable and that the video was not enough to put Woods away for murder. Chandler reportedly owed Woods $400 dollars in drug money.
