( Cincinnati ) Jurors are deliberating in the trial of 35-year-old Ricardo Woods, who is accused of shooting David Chandler in 2010. The shooting left Chandler paralyzed and unable to speak. Before he died, investigators met with Chandler and asked him a series of questions, telling him to blink twice for "no" and three times for "yes."

Jurors were shown video of the interview, where Chandler blinked three times when shown a photo of Woods. Defense attorneys argue that Chandler's physical state and medication made his identification unreliable.
