(Hamilton, Oh.)-- Westwood woman has been indicted for fatal car crash.
Geanna Mitchell, 43, faces two counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle after crashing, and killing her four-year-old grandson.
Mitchell is charged with driving with a suspended license while under the influence on the night of May 31 with her nine-year-old daughter and grandson in the back seat. While northbound on the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge coming into Ohio, Mitchell struck another vehicle and flipped her own. Her grandson, Logan Mitchell, was produced dead at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters announced the indictment and Mitchell could face up to 19 years in prison.
